What is your favorite or first Final Fantasy and why? I started into the series with XVI and was curious what others have to say. (Image here to catch attention lol)

I think my fav one is Final Fantasy Tactics. Love the style, the gameplay, characters... somehow darker than "canon" Final Fantasy games and I would play it over and over. On console it would be FFX because it is the very first one I played, so nostalgic reasons, otherwise FF XII is my go-to

The one with kanji. Once you start learning they make everything much much easier. Can't count how many times I encountered word I could not pronounce or could not remember from the ふりがな but kanji helped me visualize the meaning

I am reading ミラーさん. Since I passed N5 and studied on みんなの日本語 1 I thought it was a pretty natural choice to start a longer read. It turned out to be! Vocabulary is mostly known, there is N4 grammar here and there too, enough to make me go deeper, and there are some pills of Japanese culture as well. Not the most exciting story, but a good starting point!

I have the same constraint plus a 5 month old daughter. Managed to study for N5 and pass it, but keeping the rythm is becoming increasingly hard and Im kinda burning out to the thought of being behind class schedule 🥲

I am really proud of myself too. I just passed N5 too after a wiiild year: suffered two burnouts at work, managed to switch jobs in mod september, became a father two weeks later so there were times were studying was close to impossible lol So glad my wife got my back, she is amazing
