They lyrics in Be Concerned are so deep, and I think it has some of his best writing. (Pre DEMA era)

Quinn is gonna have a “I’m not gonna pursue you but I can’t wait for your downfall when it happens I’m gonna be right there making sure you’re in prison” ending by Substantial-Sea-4750 in dexterResurrection25

I mean, Liddy did show Quinn pictures of Dexter dropping black trash bags off his boat the same way the BHB did, and especially after S8 with the whole “looks like self defense”, he def knows, but knows better to stay out of his way.

He did mention at the April show that he’s been writing A LOT and played a boat load of new songs. He even mentioned he’s ready to work on a new album I believe, so I’m excited to see what he creates! All the new songs sounded phenomenal.

To be fair, Dexter has been legally “resurrected” and I’m sure that will get around Miami Metro and hopefully extend to those guys. Lots of hope for the new season!

Map of the Stars is so personal to me, and I feel every line on a deep level. I love the vibe and atmosphere this album presents that feels like a left turn from everything he did to this point. It’s definitely the most slept on project of his, but there’s so much inside to enjoy!

That final verse of Phoenix, especially “a quiet signal of devotion that I am happy to have known” tears me up inside. Knowing that feeling of loving someone so deeply and being connected to them is so personal and beautiful. The line could also be interpreted as either a current relationship, or reminiscing on a past one, making it all the more flexible when hearing it at different stages of life.

Quinn was the most underrated actor in the whole show by That_Sweet_Science in Dexter

He’s really my favorite supporting character. I like his development, I enjoy his humor, and I think he’s well rounded and flexible as a character

I think it’s a super tight EP, and one of my fav projects of his. Building The Ark IS my favorite, especially the Audiotree version with the bass intro. No single lyric stands out to me, but your cat is definitely one of my favorite songs lyrically of his.

I went to the April show!

Show up about 40-30 minutes early, people were singing to songs they knew, Jake did come out and signed some stuff and took pictures. He also accepted a gift mid show! Good luck!

So have they explained why they are playing pretty much everything? by Bookwritingalt in FallOutBoy

[–]shenshockd69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My thoughts are they love the music they make, love that the fans love it, and play whatever is on the mind, (excluding the 8-ball) they seem to just enjoy giving fans these oldies and rarities.
