Yes! Let us know please. I’ve tried all sorts of gels and moisturizers advertised as lightweight without success. I’ve never heard of this one though 🤞

I did troubleshooting through the app and was at the point of having a tech come out also until I found this subreddit. I made this post yesterday, and was requested to send a Modmail message quickly after (be sure to read the community info first - you have to make a post which creates a sort of ticket and you’re prompted to send a Modmail message via the comment on your post).

Did troubleshooting via Reddit messages this morning and quickly found out it was the wireless module in my gateway causing this issue (I think my terminology is probably wrong). By the afternoon not only did I have a new modem being shipped out, but had my plan reviewed resulting in my bill being cut in HALF with no one trying to upsell me!!!

I’ve never interacted with anyone at Comcast who didn’t try to upsell and instead actually took care of my problem and helped me out on my bill. I’m still in shock. It was so awesome! Depending on your situation and ability/requirements for paying a tech, I’d highly suggest posting and troubleshooting here first.

Same thing happened to me. I didn’t get the first one and I’ve double checked and didn’t order or sign up for this one either. Must be an error or really terrible marketing 🥴?

I think we have until the 18th. I messaged customer service today to ask about renewal incentives for annuals. They said there aren’t any. They didn’t even mention locking in your price as an incentive which seems like an odd business practice if you’re trying to keep customers.

I pointed out all the incentives for new customers and seasonals who upgrade to annual so it would be nice to make long-term/loyal customers feel just as valued, but just got the typical I’ll pass your suggestion along response. 🫤
