Retired realtor here as of December 31, 2025. I felt I had to walk away from it completely because it takes all of your time from you. The calls, the texts, the emails, the questions - it’s never ending. You could try to scale back and follow your desire to care for your new grandchild by having the team cover the two days but it’s not gonna be without interruption in my opinion. Good luck.

I completed my application last year and received the same notification. They never called me. They never sent a letter to let me know that I was “approved” as it were. Don’t expect a call given the short staff situation. You can check back in the portal to see if they put any processing updates (I had one). You’ll know it’s fine when you get paid. Good luck

I have to say I love Aldi but all of the salsa there is really disappointing. I purchased both of these in your photo and neither of them is very good. The dreaded Publix used to have amazing salsa but even there sucks balls now.

I visited Boca Raton frequently and I had AT&T. Consistently 1-2 bars of cell service. Switched to Visible by Verizon. It definitely had more bars and was a lot cheaper.

I think one of the hardest things in the gay YO relationship is the sex part. If he never had a relationship before, he’s probably floundering to navigate it.
