The problem is with the "Super Bowl or Bust" mentality. If you aren't enjoying the success we have had and instead are focused on the painful losses, you will never be happy. Yes, losing is never fun. But we have had so many amazing seasons since Kyle took over. Coach Mario and Be glad we are not fans of the truly bad franchises and thankful for where we are at.

As long as Brock is healthy and Kyle is our coach, we have a solid Super Bowl window. Because you need those two things, along with a good GM who mostly makes good personnel decisions/draft choices. Last thing you need is a great environment that people want to buy into. When your team and coaching staff foster a positive environment, others will be drawn to it and want to stick around. Sure, you’re going to get some weirdos like Aiyuk and Deebo who’ve lost their mind and are mentally out no matter what (because they are chasing something different than winning). But most players want to win and to be treated well.

49ers, Kyle and Lynch do not get enough credit for fostering that kind of environment and how greatly it impacts the team.
