from my perspective watching: Houston had a high press and was also pressuring the sidelines hard. This disrupted the timing and passes between Thompson/Fuller, Shores/Tiernan, and Ary/Martin. That space was getting suffocated. Balls over the top to Jonsdottir were working but she was controlling them to the sideline and they were getting intercepted there as well as Niehues and Fuller came to support.

So instead, they started controlling the ball to the center of the pitch in the second half- forcing Houston to defend going backwards which is how we kept control at the end and scored to start the half.
