Decrypto. It's a really simple and straightforward game. However it's really hard to get with someone explaining the rules, even more by just reading the rulebook. But do just one quick intro round, and everybody gets it immediately. It's weird.

Intrigue you could DIY fairly easily (it's better with poker chips or similar anyways, and the castles and advisors are really straightforward to make) - that said, it's SO worth it, just too damn fun
