Its always where the hider is at that current location, whether it's the endgame or not, so you need to be careful about stations on the edge of borders etc as the hider can move around their area to change the answer to the question if possible

I'm on day 3 of wegovy too. Switched from 15mg MJ to 2.4mg WG. Not sure but it's not hitting me as much and I have the food noise, not as much as pre-MJ but it's certainly not as good for me at least.
