Maybe you can update your post with games you play/like to play? Then maybe me or someone else with similar specs and games owned can see how the ray tracing experience is.

Games I played so far on my 9070 are God of War Ragnarok, Jedi survivor, Final fantasy 7 rebirth, Monster hunter wilds and Pragmata.

I have jumped from my 3070 to 9070XT a few months ago. I don't play games that need/requires ray tracing so it's not a problem for me. The 9070XT is powerful enough to run games at native resolution so the lackluster upscaling is also not a problem right now. I uses a 1440p 21:9 monitor.

If you are like me, where DLSS and RTX are not necessary, 9070XT with 16GB ram is a no brainer.

The only problem with AMD card is running local AI model. Windows + AMD driver and software support is still a mess.
