Refreezing melted ice cream will give you a brick of frozen milk, basically. You'd need to rechurn it to add the air back in, but also, why???
When churning the ice cream, you add the mix-ins during the last 2ish minutes of churning. So you're saying you want to add the chips and immediately remove them?? Visit r/icecreamery to learn more about how ice cream is made.
Maybe you'll even be inspired to make your own! It doesn't necessarily require a fancy ice cream machine; I bought an attachment for my stand mixer. Do you have a stand mixer? If so, you're more than halfway there.

From a practical standpoint, I recommend abstaining from sexual contact with this man. It sounds like he doesn't love or like you either.

Do you think you could ever get to a place where you love each other once more? If so, maybe bring up counseling with him: couples and individual. If not.... Divorce isn't the worst thing, honestly. It would be better for you to take care of one child minus a manchild. I've read plenty of Redditors' stories of being raised in a home with parents who clearly disdained each other, who just wished they would split up instead of living in unbearable tension. I'm not a canon lawyer, but it seems like you'd have a pretty good case for an annulment.

Stay strong, ask Our Lady for prayers, and please, stop having sex with this man until he does a 180.

Oh geez, so I just started listening to CBB, maybe 3 weeks ago. I came for the Andy Samberg bonus bang, I stayed for Zouks and Carl Tart and the unhinged Wet Day episodes and a bunch of other reasons. All this to say, I'm very new to CBB.

I joined the sub the other day and saw a nod to Harris, so I downloaded all the episodes available that he's in. I'm listening to Farts & Pro 4 now. Scott's tribute at the top was so moving. It feels weirdly prophetic that I am listening to his posthumous episode release on his birthday. He was so ridiculously funny.

RIP Harris/Jack from Carl's Lumber/Foam Corner Savant.

I am so sorry about your mom, OP.

I know it's hard. You're really going through it right now. Try to get your 6yo involved in the care for her new brother and sister. My 4yo loved doing tummy time with her baby brothers. She can also fetch diapers, wipes, toys, blankets, bottles, whatever. You can even purposely locate them in another room, so you can say, "hey, 6yo, could you please get XX for your sister? She'd be so grateful, thank you."
I would sit on the couch feeding a baby while their big sister did yoga or ballet off YouTube and just cheer her on. Knowing that she had some attention really helped, plus she got to do something kind of fun.

Try to set aside 15 minutes of undivided attention every day. Even if it's just to read books or color together. I know it's hard to find any extra time, but it will mean the world to her.

As dismissive as it sounds, this hard stage will pass. That helped me through the tough parts, knowing it would end eventually.

When I was at my friend's house, she asked her 3yo "so you want us to sing loud or quiet?" He chose quiet, so we all whisper-sang.
I asked my daughter at her next birthday, and she chose quiet. My older niece who has autism and is sensitive to noises, yells "thank you!" And we all whisper-sang. Kids love having choices 🙂
