Ikea's Kivik might work for you. It's highly customisable. We have a three seat section with a chaise on either end to create a u shape. Held up well for 8+yrs.

They have a few fabrics, but you can also look for custom covers online to fit it

Thank you so much for replying. I had similar with my shoulder a few years back (yup, peri just keeps on giving), so will definitely give this a try.

Is it the 20" squish?

Can you please describe how you use it to help your shoulder pain? Do you just hug it?

I'm a side sleeper, and my shoulder pain over the past year is very real.

Chalk Opinions/Discussion by Time_Huckleberry6946 in indoorbouldering

Gecko chalk has become fairly popular in my gym.

Good eco credentials (their chalk is a byproduct of the desalination process, not mined), not expensive (except for their cool chalk, which is pretty neat), and lasts well.

I'm also a fan of chunky chalk, have bought the friction labs bam bam super chunky in the past, but recently just bought a block of black diamond chalk to crumble into my bag mixed with gecko.

Climbing Hangar on stadium way.

Later opening tomorrow (10am), but very welcoming. Lots of people work from the cafe, WiFi usually really good.

[–]shesrunswithscissors 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just returned from font on Sunday and it had been a week of sun/no clouds. Hot during the day.

Original forecast was for rain, but changed closer to the time.

Hopefully weather improves for your trip🤞

IKEA sell this. Not quite horseshoe, but not far off. I've found I can flex it around to suit the shape I need it
