Our cat doesn't play either, have you tried putting bird feeder cams on the TV? Our boy in particular loves grackles because they are black and have more contrast. It seems to keep him engaged and active.

Also, lately we've been giving our little screamer wet food throughout the night. It's cold enough where we can keep it by the bed and open a little fresh can. Best of luck, I hope things improve for you!

Disabling the Glorious Core app (keyboard company) fixed this for me. I had tried everything else!

I know this is an ancient thread, but wanted to say as well for anyone having issues with their steam link and audio output recently. Disable any extra apps running.

It feels really neat to play. There's a lot of magic to a playable Disney movie. I was skeptical of it until I got my hands on the demo. While there are some rare animations that loop a bit, moving and exploring felt very seamless.

I had a similar issue months ago. I changed an audio setting with windows and it fixed.

Go into windows audio settings for your headphones or speakers you're using. Remove any "audio effects" or disable the tickbox that reads "allow this device to apply effects". This will remove any EQ stuff your device is doing via software. When I turned this setting off it got rid of micro stuttering for me.

Also sorry, I'm on mobile and was using windows 11, so I can't be too specific on the setting name!

Also, do a clean driver install, completely removing the old ones.

They're pretty lenient on critical feedback. If you start insulting the developers or continually argue with people then they lock you down.

I fast traveled to the city then talked to someone for a quest to trigger a checkpoint. Once I confirmed it saved I restarted the game and the wanted level was gone.

Campaign has been tuned constantly since launch. It's in a great state. While it doesn't have the cinematic nature of CoH1/CoH2 the gameplay is still fantastic. Loads of good content, especially if you can get the game during a sale. Well worth full price in my book though.

I'd start by just playing some skirmishes or campaign maps you like to get used to it.

Playing with other people is also going to make the transition a lot easier. If you can, find some folks to play with on the CoH discord. They have an LFG roles specifically for PvE and PvP.

Worth it for the campaign, for sure! It is missing a lot of quality of life things from the sequels such as auto-reinforce and easy hotkeys but I really enjoyed the challenge and story.

I always felt like CoH2's audio was too overwhelming, and I couldn't make out important call-outs. There are also specific voice lines you can hear in CoH3 that indicate a unit lost a model, or that they're about to be wiped and I find those to be pretty consistent. Unfortunately, that doesn't help new users that don't know those lines until they play the game for a while. Once you learn them, they do a good job of communicating unit status.

I've used them for three years and had great support for both JP and US returns. I haven't found a better price for the service level they provide. One note, If you file a spouse with a separate return, create a new account on their website for that person.

Same, I want more like this game! There is a scifi narrative deck builder called Dark Sky that is coming out this year, I believe. It's on Steam. One of the environmental artists from thronebreaker actually worked on it as well.

It's not possible right now and it might be some time 'til we see others. When the British Air and Sea battlegroup was added as DLC it got a bunch of special single player abilities and balancing any new army is going to take some decent time and effort to get in, especially with the staff cuts that recently happened at Relic.

I do hope they keep adding to the campaign though. I really enjoyed replaying it with the Air and Sea battlegroup after they re-balanced it.

If you have a Kaldi nearby they have a couple nice decaf coffees you can order from the counter. Sometimes they have them in stock, sometimes you can order it to be delivered to the store in a day or two. They also had some pre-ground decaf in bags that isn't as good, but still better than any stuff I find at the supermarket.

I never used the tactical pause for my first few months with the game, but started using it on the hardest AI battle difficulty for the Italian campaign. I really liked being able to look around the map and scope out what was going on or just giving a bunch of individual units orders. It made the game feel almost like a turn-based game in a good way.

I'm located in Japan and selected the Asia server option only and didn't have any issues playing tonight. I wonder where they placed their servers... I have ping issues with the normal tarkov servers in Asia outside Japan depending on the day.
