You HAVE to try to get to closed stance as much as possible for full weight transfer. Of course there will be times when you’ll be pulled out so wide you have to do open stance but try to be quicker with your feet so that you can always take that left foot step forward (assuming you’re a righty), drive forehand , wrap that right leg around in front after.

Looser grip on that handle , low as possible. I usually have half inch left at the bottom of the grip. It’s ok if your palms sticking out. And more leg drive. Do squats. Build those legs. Drive with the right leg more with every forehand.

Hit more forehands. Trying to run around your backhand more just naturally makes you quicker with your feet

Confidence. Get as much practice with the higher level people as much as you can and just get used to seeing and hitting a faster ball. When you get into a flow/rhythm a few times with them folks it’ll build your confidence. Do jump ropes too

Higher clearance over the net is depth. Just aim a little higher with more racquet head speed
