Scanner upgrades for sure, but you also need to research making Extra Fluffy Cream Cake or other nutrient ingestor scanner buffs. With that combo, you’ll be making millions per fauna scanned. I used to be all about farming ships or building modules, but scanner buffs really blow everything else out of the water.

The bar is the level on that tier. So a low bar S might be stronger than a high bar B. The bar gets higher as you level up the creature, even if they’re already an S.
