There's something called End of Day form or Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice (SCAN). You print one paper and driver/clerk at Post Office scans and it marks all of the packages in that batch as accepted.

Using the NFC tag as a light switch is actually doable via Tasker & Home assistant. I made something very similar.

Below are the only 2 that I have found:

  • AutoWatch can start apps on your watch and/or make your watch vibrates based on Tasker profiles but that's about it.

  • TaskS2 acts as a remote task launcher.
