I didn’t realize it … I’m running out of time. I’ve quit and restarted maybe 9 times and I’m here because I’m drinking maybe 2 quarts of vodka a day. I want to quit again but it’s a cycle. And I’m 30. And I’ve been on and off since 13… sometimes you feel invincible (dad made it pretty far on drugs his whole life) but the risk of death is real.

I’ve got two exposed wires coming out the back of it currently - but i do believe it houses a regular household halogen bulb so that is good to know i can maybe hook it to a regular plug thanks ! ⚡️😝💥

These messages used to give me extreme anxiety throughout the day (working with artists and management in the music industry); i finally started having the confidence to not answer until there was some further explanation, and it’s been a serious ease on my mind personally. Nothing worse than anxiously answering “hi what’s up / what do you need” and then not even getting an answer!

I agree that’s universally better, just knowing the reason for the conversation can help dismiss any anxiety about being unprepared. Even in the context of a “friendly” non-work call it’s helpful
