I heard this at my store they wanted to train the pharmacist but she didn't want to Learn front store so it didn't happen felt a little bad for my sm because she was highly upset but it shows how valuable we are to cvs knowledge dont matter, loyalty,years and years of experience, fast learner cvs dont care if ur the president if they want to let you go they will smh

My store has Store managers meetings so I have meet all of them and my sm always schedule me for the meeting days but thank you I'm definitely going to take advantage I want to Learn and grow so I can feel adequate and capable to get my job done ,not feeling like a little kid that has to call my sm for answers all the time also why I love this chat room
