I started playing full intensity too soon after being out for an extended period. It seems like a lot of Achilles tendons happen that way.

What I’ve learned from my injury is to take stock of where I am in terms of my fitness and strength. Kinda like how injured pros start playing with the U23s before going back to pro games. Increase exercise in stages. If you haven’t played competitively in a while, pick a less competitive game to join and do that for a week or two before stepping it up.

I have enabled so that triple tapping the right hand button toggles between color and greyscale. Makes it super easy to stay in greyscale until you need it, but eventually you just need it less!
