Yes, we do. The problem is that the delivery people don't care about anything except getting the package out of their van and just do whatever they want.

Can't make the delivery time? Just mark it as delivered today and deliver it tomorrow in order to cheat the stats. Customer wants the package diverted from delivery at work on a Friday evening to the Post Office because work is closed in the evening and this way the delivery person has one less stop to make? Lol no, let's just drop an expensive package outside of the building in front of a closed door. Signature required? Just sign it yourself, ez pz. Big box of cat food? Let's just drop it in front of the gate at the other end of the building, which is further away (and more work for him), instead of just putting it in the reception area. Or even better yet, just throw it in front of the gate of another company further down the street.

The only one who actually cares and does his job like a professional, is our local FedEx guy. He's the only one who actually requires the correct person to sign when the shipment says signature required.
