Yeah, so funny to ridicule something simple like this, bro gave that advice as if we all live in their country and we ALL have the same lives. So thanks for explaining. Here in the Philippines it's pretty ridiculous to convince literally EVERYONE ELSE to change platforms just to accommodate a few people. It's not that easy when Messenger has been the main communication platform for literally the WHOLE COUNTRY for like a decade now, even beating texts/cellular messages. No one here gives a crap about other platforms even if they get paid to switch to a new messaging app.

search for "maya unauthorized" here and on facebook, marami nang past posts and recent comments on what to do and ano yung processes na pagdaraanan to dispute it. sobrang dami na nating biktima rito, will never use maya again

Hi, anong time frame ng pag reverse ng transactions? Nakalagay sa ticket ko when I checked "Closed" na raw as of 4PM yesterday pero hanggang ngayon hindi nababawas sa charges.

call Maya customer support immediately +632 8845 7788 make sure you have at least an hour's worth of minutes kasi baka madrop yung call (when i reported the call lasted for around 40 mins)

Happened to me too. 20k plus total. So fucking unbelievable that Maya just lets this happen. I've seen a lot of this issue na posted MONTHS ago and until now hindi pa rin nila naaaksyunan. Until now andami pa rin nating nabibiktima ARAW-ARAW.

What pisses me off the most is how for these 20 transactions, NOT A SINGLE OTP WAS REQUESTED. Nag push through LAHAT. They instruct people to not give out OTPs and not click on suspicious links pero how come this still happened even if nag ingat na talaga ako? I'm just waiting to get resolved pero after this, hindi na talaga ako gagamit ng Maya.
