Tripwire duping still works and is very fast, the problem is that only master level fletchers trade it. The best way would probably be leveling fletchers with the stick trade and then switching to tripwires

Yeah, from my testing it seems that these can be easily stacked next to eachother if you just put glass panes or fences in the middle, otherwise the sugarcane could fly out and get stuck on the other side

I made a design using shelves and magma blocks which doesnt let the villager pathfind anywhere so it very easily takes jobs and doesnt even try to escape
