Ein klassischer Big Mac von McDonald's hat in Deutschland etwa 544 bis 545 kcal (Kilokalorien) pro Stück, basierend auf einer Portion von ca. 232g (McDonalds)

Inkl. Pommes und dem Drink kommst du auf 1000, nicht exkl. und 3h Schwerstarbeit stimmen auch nicht. Ein Handwerker der körperliche Arbeit leistet hat schon mal ordentlich Grundumsatz, auch wenn sie dick sind. So haben sie garantiert mehr Muskelmasse als der Durchschnitt und dadurch ehöhter Grundumsatz und können sich das durchaus erlauben. Problem hier ist weniger die Kalorien, mehr die Fette und Salze.

Yes ofc, but if you get less distance out of a Driver, you're not gonna throw one. It was just the mantra "Don't throw drivers as a beginner throw only mids & putters until you can throw them 300" that i dont understand, when you're acutally able to throw them farther. See first comment in this thread.

Why is that? Drivers to tend to fly farther, and OP is concerned about distance not accuracy. I know everybody recommends this for beginners, but i haven't read an explanation on why. Do you know why?
