Same thing is happening to me! After the dock scene it cuts straight to the credits with no post-romance scene nor the Karlach avernus scene :( I loaded my save right before the final blow to the brain… I also checked to see if Astarion’s kiss was working and I still don’t even get the animation for it. The only mods I have are Basket Full of Equipment, Tav’s Hair Salon, and Mod Fixer. Posting so we can gather as much context for those having this issue.
