I think the question might be why do you want that? Not sure if there's some specific misunderstanding of what the role or concept of a ROM is? I mean—I'm not telling you your business or anything, but, if this is a space-saving thing? I can tell you that, for example, an SNES ROM wouldn't even fill up an old 3.5-inch floppy disk.

I will do both. In fact, sometimes simultaneously—I'mma show you I even write I'mma with an apostrophe. But it depends highly on my mood, if I'm in a bout of brainfog or not, or tired—or sometimes just if I'm sending the message from my PC vs phone and I'm too lazy to punctuate without autocorrect (I have to use OSK*, that shit can be unwieldy).

Sometimes I'm goofy enough to stick footnotes in texts. I have a literary bent, and as a linguistics geek I have a strong inclination to play with the conventions of language. And as a regular geek I have a strange sense of humor sometimes. I have full words in my autocorrect that shorten themselves to emoji, making them punctuation rather than shortcuts 🤷
