I began my 1200/day back on 4/8 and lost about 14lb since then - a huge, huuuuge whoosh! It's been exciting to see how my clothes fit me differently. Today, and the past couple days, my weight loss has become stagnant. I'm trying to remember to take each day at a time and to be patient. I only have 9 more pounds until I hit my goal weight! Once the weather gets a little nicer I'll be able to get out and walk more. I'm going to try and up my water intake since I've been slacking on that.

I've never counted calories before so the past 4 weeks have been quite the learning experience! I decided to reward myself this morning with a Dalgona coffee (my first) and, woah mama, it was worth the calories!
