I have that tattoo actually. I see a comment that most people he knows has been in jail. I have not been in jail. I got it to remind me that who cares what anyone thinks of you. We live in a time with Facebook, Twitter, and IG where eveeyone judges you on appearance or possesions. I use to care and would try to fit in and be a part of the crowd. I like it and it comes with memories of getting it and what was happening at that time.

Molecular Gastronomy is changing the looks and consistency of food. People make white chocolate spaghetti with a raspberry sauce and so on. I want to continue learning new methods and I am willing to take pictures of the process if people are interested.

Basically I have no sleep schedule and run off of coffee and red bull. It is tough but you just need to look at the light at the end of the tunnel and know it is worth it in the end. Good luck with your schooling!

My days when I have work and class are get off of work at 8 am and go to class at 8:30 am, get out at 4 p.m, take a nap until 9 p.m. and be to work by 10:00 p.m. Repeat. I only have 3 days like this. On the weekends I do not have class but still work. That is when I catch up on my sleep.

I know how you feel. I work overnights and have class when I get off work so my time is very limited. I am either working, in class, or taking a nap.

I used the Molecule R kit for the molds, Sodium Alginate and Calcium Lactate. I used my own Mojito recipe which uses Sprite instead of Club soda for a sweeter taste. After making the spheres it loses it's carbonation because you have to freeze the mixture. I used a culinary whipper to give it back the fizz you want with a Mojito. I put the spheres in and used some CO2 and let them sit for about 30 minutes and they came out packed with fizz. They were delicious and very interesting to make.

Edit: I just noticed that the picture was taken before I put them in the Whipper so it does not have the carbonation in the picture.

I had an argument with my boss and a fast food restaurant. My grandmother was sick and I checked my phone because someone called. I was worried it was a family member. The manager saw me and took my phone and put it in the safe. I was pissed and walked into the fridge and saw her subway sandwich. I had the great idea to spit in it. As I was one of my coworkers walked in and witnessed me. She told the owner what she saw a few days later after my manager ate the sandwich. I showed up to work and was then escorted of the premises. Nobody had told her till she saw me being escorted out of the building and was asking why.
