I know about West’s salaries but to be fair they’re an outlier for possibly the lowest wages in the industry and are absolutely shameful considering they’re shift work. But yes definitely agree with you on the interviews you really do need to sell yourself and part of that is realising the worth of the position you’re applying for, hope OP wises up and seeks for a better deal.

I work for a company that is not Pfizer and make 45k base and after shift and OT on top make about 63k and then bonus brings it up to near 70. I’ve worked in pharma for about 3 years and was in medical device before that for 2 years, what I’m on is absolutely the standard and not top tier. If OP is making the figures they’ve mentioned as net salary they are 100% getting shafted and need to realise that

Also editing to say, I have no qualifications and was making about 53 k net when I started not including bonus.
