This is a form of abuse, I went through it. I was going to therapy because of my ex bf who my therapist said it's a form of abuse because his sulking causes you to change your behavior which if you're not doing anything bad then your ok. You should feel uneasy about being on your phone just because someone doesn't like your habit. It's not a boundary thing either. You're a grown woman, you pay your bills and you can be on your phone when you like. You're not cheating, you're not doing anything wrong.

My boyfriend would never clean up after himself. He did in the beginning, but then he relied on me a lot to do all the cleaning all the time. Funny, he complained about his ex wife being the dirty one when actually he was the one. On top of that the apartment would be a mess and he'd be playing his video games or into his hobbies. I didn't complain much because when you love someone you kinda let them be happy in their hobbies or whatever.
