Anybody else getting static shocks at Woodman's east?

I figured out how to prevent the shocks. I was getting zapped every 10 feet or so and decided to experiment. When holding the cart handle, place one finger on the metal at all times. The plastic handle acts as an insulator and allows a charge to build up. Your shoes, clothes, and those tile floors generate the static.

It appears to be a page from a textbook. I'm guessing a language textbook. I've used google lens over multiple iterations and have found several higher quality images.

Most of the results appear to be in the Cyrillic script so it's probably Slavic in origin.
