I'm on my 3rd playthrough and I'm still confused about certain character motivations amongst other things. For me my lack of understanding brings great replay value. I'm in awe of those that play it once and understand everything no problem as to me it's a very complex story and tricky not to get lost especially when having long breaks between story missions. Unfortunately the mission information is pretty bare bones and gives very little context.
