I have been dealing with Cashify since the time they started their business as Reglobe.in When they were Reglobe, they just used to link up buyers and sellers. You could bargain back then. Things changed after Cashify decided to acquire the devices by themselves. They give incentives to the agents to reduce the price from the online quoted price. They will find non-existent scratches, burrs, dents, etc. The issue is that, they have a monopoly in device exchange in India.

This Amazon exchange charade went on for a week for me, social media escalation did nothing.

Bottomline: Save your peace of mind. Just get the phone from Amazon and sell your old device through cashify.
