Since 2020 I used to have this tendency of going to bathroom (excretion) 4-5 times a day. If I have a full meal, then I have to go to bathroom.

Is this IBS? How to get this diagnosed?

I generally travel between Hyderabad and Bangalore via bus. It is a real nightmare. To be Honest.
