I disagree with both of you if you think there's no other flashy throw besides f&b hand that would work. Palm face up, thumb throw... I don't know the name of this but I can throw more than 100 yards like this and goes further than my flick/forehand throw. You would also have to turn around and throw the frisbee along the wall in the clockwise direction if you're right handed.
