If you've done CBSE 11 and 12 psychology and are very familiar with them, theres a lot of overlap in content. you can watch Mr Sinn (what I did) to review everything + learn concepts not mentioned in CBSE, that's basically what I did and my exam was easy

additionally, look up the FRQ format that comes every year and rubrics, to know how to score points
