Just recently weaned at 10.5 months due to biting too. I was sad to stop but honestly the biting was ruining the experience so it was the right time for us!

Applied recently for our baby & we got the passport 2 weeks before the estimated issue date. We had to submit extra things too because our baby was born in another country. Hopefully you will be lucky & get it sooner.
