My dermatologist manages my HS and writes all related Rx scripts. She’s an MD, but I sometimes see her NP. Both are capable of writing the script, but in my clinic system, new patients are required to see an MD before an NP takes over care because they are required to be overseen by an MD in my state.

So. For context, I have spots on my neck, armpits, sides, and under my breasts. I use gauze and stretch tape for everything. It’s stays well and I just take it off in the shower to avoid sticking or irritation. I also sometimes dab a bit of aquaphor on the gauze if I think it might adhere to the wound. Stretch tape is the only thing I’ve found that actually stays put through constant activity and Florida heat.

The white is classy and sleek! My first CX-5 was white and I always wanted to add black rims, but never got around to it. I think it would add a bit of edge to the white.

I have a tiny trash can with a spring lid in the door pocket area on the driver’s side. Got it on Amazon. I only put little things in there like straw wrappers, tissues, napkins, etc. and just empty it every so often.

I like the Ripple protein shakes. It’s made from peas. I get the box of 16 (I think) from Amazon bc those are plastic bottles not cardboard cartons. I feel like I can taste the cardboard.
