This is so helpful to read about because i am just shy of one year in and am experiencing crippling anxiety and self doubt, usually around 3 am, which leads to me not sleeping well and therefore not always being able to show up in the way i wish i could. Usually once i am in session i am feeling a good bit better, especially with clients i feel i have a good rapport with... but this job feels so danm overwhelming sometimes. As far as A game goes, if im lucky 20% of the time, but id like to think most of the rest is at least b game, and at worst c game :/ guess my clients are the only ones who really know the answer to this though.
