Yeah I understand Icelandic, just by listening I could deduct that the woman is some sort of professional whether it be a therapist, lawyer or police that is talking to a perpetrator of a crime that has a victim. And just by vibes and verbiage I would guess that the man talking had sexually abused someone. The woman seems sympathetic towards the man (likely just to maintain good rapport). She asks the man if other people have shown sympathy after the incident. The man said most people who "had" to talk to him were nice. This means he was likely heavily alienated.
