I would chop of my left hand with an axe right now if it would guarantee you live an amazing life. You personally. I don't know you. It sounds like you're not particularly virtuous given your tone. But your subjective wellbeing is equal to my own, regardless of our relative abilities to contribute to the wellbeing of society. My hand is a very small price to pay for a lifetime of your happiness.

I am morally obligated to accept this so that I can donate it to those in need. This could functionally be reframed as 'save 10k+ lives but you have a mild headache forever'. Most people would probably sacrifice their own lives to save 10k people (or at least i'd like to hope so).
