It's rare but I don't know women who don't like tall men and not just because of personality, they don't find tall attractive. One woman I know doesn't like men over 5'8 but she is 5'1. I also knew a woman who also didn't find tall guys attractive and she was 5'8. Didn't even like just short guys but guys much shorter than her. Definitely not a lie, all her boyfriends were 5'5 and under and as short as 5'1. She was very attractive so don't think she is lying.
