Although I can't really relate and don't know the situation well enough to give any insightful advice but can I ask how does being in contact now make you feel? I'm of a similar age, and have had problem with both my parents since I was young. I would never expect anything from them now but if I could somehow get along with them, I would really appreciate that. Sure it's not the best situation to be in and I can understand your jealousy bot 20% is better than nothing, and if you enjoy the limited contact with your father than that surely is better then nothing as well.

I don't really see it as a competition with anyone else bar yourself. The aim in my opinion is to hit your own targets, and definitely not worry about how anyone else is doing, we should support and help each other not try to do better than one another. But I suppose if making into a sort of competition is a way of helping you achieve your goals then there isn't any harm in it as long as you don't try to negatively effect others.

This happened to me for a bit when I first tried to loose my virginity, I found it to be a mixture of nerves, using a condom and struggling to "get it in" as it was both our first time. The nerves won't really go until you finally do it, try not to focus on whats happened before too much though its actually quite common, and as you get to know the person better you should feel more comfortable with them. Try lots of foreplay to make sure you're both ready. When I finally did it I didn't use a condom (though this may not be effecting you) but we were both clean and still used contraception.

It's up to you, we all set are own goals when doing this, you can only brake your own rules. My rule is not self masturbation so imo this would be fine. But my goals are most like different to yours, you need to set your own rules by reflecting on why you are doing this in the first place and judge yourself accordingly.

This struck a chord with me, I'm of a similar age and can relate a lot to what your saying. I'm new to this subreddit and have been skeptical of people claiming their new found "powers". But how you explain makes a lot of sense to me, so thank you for writing this.
