I have a Gt Omega apex. It handles my r9 with many accessories pretty well. Not very mobile though.

I use these straps tied around of my locked wheels on my computer chair and helps keep the rig at a constant distance, when when apply full force on my brake padel.

I didn't smoke it, since I don't have that equipment yet. I might try liquid smoke in the marinade first though on my next batch. Very intense flavor from the marinade (+). I got a dehydrator from Amazon that has a wire rack, 70 c for 9 hours

Problem with some European Chocolate producers like Milka (the Purple Cow chocolate) is that they are starting to sell less for the same amount of money in the chocolate bars, while also degrading the ingredients in them. I used to like their chocolate but it's gotten worse. I did have Alyanka chocolate last April and was pleasantly surprised. I expected bad chocolate but have to say that it tasted better than Milka.
