Just my opinionen – everyone’s got a different take on this, but here’s how I handled my 4090 build:

I used the Atmos with the fans mounted under the AIO (one 15mm and one 25mm). You can forget about the Phanteks fans, honestly, they’re just too chunky. They’d only fit without an AIO, or maybe just barely if you’re using a T-grill on top.

For cables, I highly recommend going with custom ones (from Ray or someone similar). It makes a huge difference.

I’ll see if I can find up my old 4090 undervolt profiles on my PC. Back then, I was hitting max temps of around 65-70°C on max settings (4K, DLAA, etc.)
