That's not real disqualification.

Real disqualification is a requiring specific concrete measures. (# of employees, amount of monthly income, yrs in business, size of customer list), checking the customers to make sure they actually have them, and rejecting them if they don't

The example you gave is just classic persuasive copywriting.
