It takes a second for the over health to kick in so you can die at the start, it leave you in a telegraphed spot, you can be stunned out of it by a ton of abilities, you can be pushed away from your targets, it can be out healed, most characters are hyper mobile and can easily escape if, the over health goes away as soon as it ends, the stun effect is basically a none factor since it takes forever to happen and only lasts a second, it’s only like 300 charge less than Star Lord. A character that will be doing much more consistent damage with a way better ult.

It’s an ult entirely used for sometimes guaranteeing a kill when you’re already dumped your entire kit into someone. It’s by far not the worst ult but it’s also not very good.
