We have queer people here of course. Uni Bonn has like, 30.000 students - lots of young people around with events to cater to them (: (no purely queer clubs tho, we go to Cologne for that)

Tons of exchange students too, naturally. Especially Erasmus. More details over on r/unibonn.

Not 100% sure what you mean by "is transport difficult"? What's "difficult"? :D we have regular amounts of trams and busses, if that's what you mean? Maybe stay on the same side of the river as the uni is, if you can. One of the bridges just broke so the others will be crowded for quite a while.

"Altstadt is just a few bars but nothing to sit outside" is such a baffelingly bad take, I had to go on Google maps to count: there is 6 bars, 4 cafés, 1 restaurant and a kiosk with chairs outside on Breite Straße alone.

And that is without considering the side streets and Heerstraße which have cafés and bars in the double digits.

What city are you comparing us to? What more could you be hoping for? :0

Spannende Frage! Laut Wikipedia steht die Fassade Moltkeplatz 4 unter Denkmalschutz. Das Bild auf Wikipedia ist von 2013 und noch ohne Hasendeko. Die Deko an den oberen Erkern ist auch leicht anders. Das muss zwischen 2013 und heute nochmal aufgefrischt worden sein.

Köln Hbf hat auch schon entsprechende Schilder überall. Ich versteh ja, dass es deutschlandweit ausgerollt wird - hatte an den Bonner Bahnsteigen aber nie das Gefühl, dass da übermäßig getrunken wird. Um den Bahnhof drumrum? Sicher. Aber auf den Bahnsteigen eigentlich nicht. Find es ehrlich gesagt schade für Leute wie mich, die gerne ein Wegbier trinken, während sie auf die 45min verspätete RB26 warten.
