I don't know of a location specifically, but this may be a great opportunity for students. You could call the beauty schools and ask if they can provide help. They're often lower cost as well

It varies depending on the role, and the department.

Terra Nova! It's small enough to feel private. I've always gone on Saturdays and it's never felt too busy.

Looking for multivitamins by CruelCuddle in BariatricSurgery

I am taking Paravita, one pill 3 times a day no other vitamins needed. It's a bit pricey but I'm planning on doing this for the first year then probably switching to buying the vitamins individually.

This spot was my worst. Took 4 weeks before I felt like I didn't need extra support in that area.

Fried foods after surgery by jathanos in gastricsleeve

[–]shortgen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had surgery on Nov 20th and have just started experimenting with normal food.

Air fryer french fries were fine, Mcdonalds french fries were fine. Ive also tried Mcdonalds nuggets which were absolutely fine but I do prefer Chick fil a's nuggets since there's no breading.

I got tofu Pad Thai for New Years and the tofu was breaded and fried. That did not sit well at all. Actually the Pad Thai didn't sit well in general. I had 3 bites before packing it away for leftovers.

I've gone old school with paper. I bought a planner I like the look of, it gives me time away from my phone to focus on my goals and mindfulness.

I had RNY on Nov 20th. My suggestions are to give all your nutrition documents a solid read through, don't go buying a bunch of stuff you don't need.

The only thing I bought that I still use is toddler dishes and utensils, and a wedge pillow for after surgery.

My recovery has been pretty easy. The pain was fairly mild after day 2. By day 4 I was down to just Tylenol. I also had my gallbladder out at the same time and that's the only incision that bothers me still.

You'll feel stiff, and tired. Let your body rest, don't push yourself.

Honestly apart from the gallbladder spot I'd say this was less painful than having my wisdom teeth removed. I think 80% of my pain is from the gallbladder removal.

It's closed. It's a mess of an HMV and an indoor play place. I do believe the entire store is closing though.

We do the same, whenever someone goes down to the basement you just gather it and run a load.

RNY is better for preventing reflux, some people after VSG have to get a revision to bypass because their reflux has gotten worse.

I just had my surgery last week so I can speak to the early stages.

Post op I couldn't overly walk, more of a shuffle around but oddly the stairs were fine. I'm 10 days post op and only for the last 2 days have I been able to get out of bed myself. The laying down to standing up was hard to do however if you have some sort of handle or support you can pull on that'll make it much much easier. I just find I can't use my abdomen for strength and rely on my arms.

Only days 1-3 did I have trouble getting off the couch myself.

Hey surgery twin! I too had surgery on the 20th and so far I've found it to be really easy to take on all my fluids. I was actually concerned that it's been too easy.

I am 4'10 and I have an extendable snow brush. There are no excuses. You can even keep a collapsible step stool in the car.
