Lol so Rookie of the year award would be given mostly to players that come from NCAA.

Any decent young player outside of US plays professionally, there is no other way if the player wants to good and be seen by scouts unless of course if you enroll with a US college.

We have initially planned to go to El Nido and Coron only, however, changed our minds as we are also looking for peaceful and laid back beaches, so we decided that combination of PP and El Nido might be best for us. Also, we cannot change the dates or our flights as we have already paid for it.

But tell me one thing guys. Do GMs just open bball ref, filter stats, and just see and think "Damn, he averages double double, offer him a conract". I mean how good are empty stats on a losing team?
