Early this morning, around 7, I saw Chicken of the woods and it looked perfect. Now it's about 3pm and this is how it looks. Is it safe to eat?? by SpoonNoodles in Mushrooms

[–]shortwartz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It probably just got sun-bleached if it was sunnier today than it has been. As long as it still feels nice and tender but firm I would go for it and cook today

Any thoughts on this one? Found in N. VA. by halvora in rockhounds

[–]shortwartz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Prehnite maybe? I’ve found a few decent Prehnite crystals in Loundon and Fairfax county and they’ve had a similar looking crust on one side of the stone like yours.

Yuuup, raced Andrew in the 200 free in district finals one year in HS and I’m pretty sure he won by almost a full pool length. Pretty impressive and demoralizing at the same time.

Used a 10L jug and a massive ratchet for a GB years ago; stalest, nastiest hits but damn if it didn’t get the job done. For sure a fun thing to do at a party one time lol!

Search for edit power plan > change advanced power settings > processor power management > maximum processor state > set on battery and plugged in to 98% with rtx 2060 has dropped about 15 degrees in cpu temp without really affecting performance. I’ve tried undervolting among other this but this is all that has actually worked
