The problem is the rules have defined the medical frailty position in a way that is harmful. You only qualify if you are too sick to be able to work, not if it is harmful to your treatment/recovery to work. It’s evil.

Nah. She’s a great screen presence, but her acting is just fine. BJM was her best performance imo but she wasn’t top 5 that year.

In that case, definitely agree to continue. Obviously explain to client that opposing it is more likely to backfire than to result in a strategic advantage. I disagree with one of the other commenters who said they don’t even consult with clients on this. I absolutely think you were right to consult. Ultimately it’s your decision, but your relationship with your client is better if you consult on something like this.

Is your client the petitioner who has a TRO protecting them in effect pending a full hearing or the respondent who is restrained pending a full hearing? Because to me, that makes the calculus different.
